Additional Notes

  •  Strictly control flow 100–160L/min, pressure 160–180bar for 18–25 ton carriers; no over-spec operation to protect piston, cylinder & main valve.
  • Fully bleed air from hydraulic lines after installation to prevent cavitation damage to internal precision parts.
  • No dry firing, side loading or prying; adjust impact rate per rock hardness to reduce abnormal wear.
  • Grease tool daily; regularly check oil, seals & accumulator pressure; rustproof, depressurize & store dry.
