Hoc accumulatōrium robustum diaphragma cup is specially developed for AMPA250 hydraulic rock breakers, a core vulnerable sealing component for medium-large hydraulic hammers mounted on 12–18 ton excavators. It serves as the energy storage isolation membrane of the breaker accumulator, separating nitrogen and hydraulic oil to stabilize impact pressure.
Adopted imported high-toughness PPDI composite elastomer material, the diaphragm cup delivers outstanding oil resistance, anti-fatigue impact resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It perfectly replaces original AMPA factory diafragmata , solves common failures like nitrogen leakage, weak striking force, frequent pressure drop and early membrane rupture, greatly extending continuous working hours of the breaker under long-term heavy crushing operations.
