Hoc accumulatōrium robustum diaphragma cup is specially engineered for BRESTA BS523 & BS527 hydraulic rock breakers, core energy storage sealing spare parts widely matched on medium-size excavator hydraulic hammers. It serves as the isolation barrier between nitrogen gas chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, preventing nitrogen leakage, weak impact force and abnormal high temperature faults.
Manufactured with modified imported high-toughness FKM fluororubber reinforced fiber composite material, the diaphragm cup features outstanding fatigue resistance, high pressure resistance, hydraulic oil corrosion resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It fully replaces original BRESTA OEM diaphragm, stabilizes breaker impact energy, reduces frequent maintenance and extends breaker service life under long-term rock breaking, demolition and mining heavy load working conditions.
