Hæc instauratio robusta diaphragma sigillum Kit is specially developed for GB600E hydraulic rock breakers, widely equipped on medium and large excavators for mine crushing, road demolition and construction breaking work. The full set contains dedicated accumulator rubber diaphragm cups (leather cups), piston seals, rod oil seals, dust wipers, Anuli O , gaskets and anti-extrusion backup rings for full breaker overhaul maintenance.
Adopted imported high abrasion PU composite material and high-temperature FKM fluororubber, this kit features outstanding oil resistance, nitrogen corrosion resistance, impact fatigue resistance and high and low temperature adaptability. It perfectly matches original GB600E breaker sealing parts, thoroughly solves common faults such as accumulator air leakage, cylinder oil seepage, insufficient impact force and pressure attenuation, effectively extends the whole breaker service life under long-time heavy impact operation.
