This heavy-duty accumulator piston cup diaphragma is custom-engineered for JAB JB101, JB110, JB111, JB121, JB141, JB171 series hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched to small & medium excavator hydraulic hammers for construction demolition, mining and road engineering. It is the core energy storage sealing component inside breaker accumulators, isolating high-pressure nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit independently.
Adopted imported high-performance HNBR composite rubber with reinforced fiber layer, the diaphragm delivers outstanding oil resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance, wide temperature adaptability and anti-aging performance. It perfectly replaces original JAB OEM diaphragm parts, solves common faults including nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, unstable hammer output and frequent pressure drop, greatly extending breaker service life under long-period heavy impact working conditions.
