This heavy-duty accumulator piston cup diaphragma is professionally developed for Etc. K20 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched with medium and small excavator hydraulic hammers for mining, demolition and road construction. It acts as the core isolation component between high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, solving common failures such as nitrogen leakage, impact power attenuation and unstable hammering frequency.
Adopted imported modified high-elastic FKM fluororubber with fiber reinforcement molding, the diaphragm features outstanding oil resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance, wide temperature adaptability and anti-aging performance. It fully replaces original OEM diaphragm parts, stabilizes breaker output impact force and greatly extends the overhaul cycle of hydraulic breakers under long-term heavy-load impact operation.

Evitat efficaciter effugium nitrogenii, infiltrationem olei in accumulatorium et decrementum virium mallei, servans frequentiam percussivam constantem et praestantiam constanter frangendam durante operatione continua longa.
Processus vulcanizationis specialiter optimatus adaptatur centenis impactibus reciprocis altius frequentiae per minutum, resistens lacerationi, tumefactioni et perforationi. Minuit valde frequentiam substitutionis diafragmatis et minuit pretium manutenctionis apparatus.
Omnis diaphragma perfecta examinatur ad aeris hermeticitatem, ad fatigationem per impulsum alti pressionis, et ad aetationem sub temperaturis altis et bassis antequam mittatur; ita omnino satisfacit normis fabricatorum originalium (OEM), quae certificant servitium diuturnum et fidedignum in durissimis condicionibus operis constructionis.
