The set includes complete energy storage chamber core parts: main diaphragm, piston cup, auxiliary sealing Anuli O and reinforced edge backing rings for full accumulator overhaul.
Adopting imported modified HNBR + high-toughness polyurethane composite material, the kit features outstanding anti-fatigue stretch, hydraulic oil resistance, low-temperature flexibility and high-pressure tearing resistance. It perfectly replaces original EVERDIGM OEM diaphragm & piston cup, solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, weak impact force, unstable hammer output and short accumulator service life, greatly extending continuous working time of breakers under frequent high-frequency impact heavy-load conditions.
