Productum Overview

Hoc accumulatōrium robustum diaphragma & piston cup is custom engineered for TOYO TOYO5000 hydraulic rock breakers, core spare part for excavator demolition and mining machinery. It serves as the key isolation component between high-pressure nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, preventing nitrogen leakage, weak impact force and abnormal breaker failure.

Adopted imported modified HNBR & high-tenacity polyurethane composite material, the diaphragm owns outstanding high-frequency fatigue resistance, oil resistance, abrasion and low-temperature resistance. It fully matches original TOYO dimensional standards, effectively solves nitrogen escape, impact attenuation and early rubber cracking issues, greatly extending continuous service life under severe mining & construction heavy-load working conditions.
