Productum Overview
This heavy-duty accumulator piston cup & diaphragma is specially developed for TOYO TOYO656-HIGH hydraulic rock breakers, the core sealing component of breaker nitrogen accumulator system widely equipped on medium & large excavators for demolition and mining work. It integrates integrated piston cup and high-elastic diaphragm to fully isolate nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit.
Manufactured with imported high-performance HNBR fluororubber composite material via secondary vulcanization molding, it delivers outstanding high-frequency fatigue resistance, hydraulic oil resistance and high-low temperature stability. Directly replace original TOYO OEM diaphragm, thoroughly solve common failures including nitrogen leakage, impact power drop, breaker overheating and short service life under continuous heavy crushing operation, greatly extend accumulator and whole breaker service cycle.
