  •  Strictly match the oil flow (230–330L/min) and operating pressure (165–185bar) for 40–70 ton carriers; avoid over-spec operation to prevent damage to core components like pistons, cylinders, and main valves.
  • Fully bleed air from the hydraulic lines after installation to prevent cavitation damage to internal precision parts and ensure long-term stable operation.
  • Equipped with enhanced anti-dry fire design; prohibit dry firing, side loading, or prying. Adjust impact rate based on rock hardness to minimize abnormal wear of tools, bushings, and pistons.
  • Grease the tool daily; regularly inspect hydraulic oil, seals, and accumulator pressure. For long-term storage, depressurize, rustproof, and store in a dry, ventilated area.
  • EHB52 is an extra-heavy-duty hydraulic breaker for 40–70 ton excavators, featuring an 180mm tool. With dual impact rates (250–360/320–480 bpm), 10.4kJ (slow) / 7.9kJ (fast) impact energy, it delivers powerful performance, excellent stability, and durability, ideal for hard rock mining, heavy demolition, and large-scale infrastructure works.
