The weight of the matched mini excavator must be strictly controlled within the allowable range of 4.3-9.5 t. Using an underweight or overweight carrier may cause equipment vibration and unbalanced impact force, which will significantly accelerate the wear of the breaker's connecting structure and the excavator's boom.
Securely lock the 80.00 mm tool to the breaker, and check the tightness of the tool fixing bolts and the surface condition of the tool before each operation. If wear, deformation or end cracking is found, stop the machine and replace the tool immediately to prevent the tool from loosening or breaking during operation.
No-load dry firing is forbidden under all working conditions; ensure the tool is fully attached to the working surface when striking. Avoid long-term continuous breaking operation, and it is recommended to stop the machine for 5-10 minutes after continuous working for 1 hour to prevent overheating damage to the hydraulic system and internal components of the breaker.
Timely clean the muck and dust on the breaker body and tool after operation to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic interfaces. Regularly check the tightness of hydraulic pipeline joints, and immediately tighten or replace the seals if oil leakage is found. Use hydraulic oil that meets Sandvik specifications throughout the service life and keep the oil clean.
