Additional Notes

  • Strictly match the hydraulic parameters of 4-6 ton excavators, with fixed oil flow of 35-36L/min and operating pressure of 130-170bar. It is forbidden to increase pressure or flow without permission to avoid overload damage and oil leakage of hydraulic components.
  • Installation must be completed by professionals. After installation, be sure to completely exhaust air in the hydraulic pipeline to prevent cavitation from damaging core precision components such as pistons and cylinders, and ensure stable equipment operation.
  •  Dry firing and side loading are strictly prohibited during operation. Do not use the breaker to pry heavy objects. Reasonably adjust the impact frequency according to the hardness of working materials to reduce abnormal wear of chisels and pistons and extend the service life of core components.
  • Check the lubrication status of the chisel before daily operation, regularly replace hydraulic oil and check the integrity of seals. For long-term storage, take rust prevention and pressure relief measures, and store in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid component corrosion and failure.
