Additional Notes

  •  Strictly match the hydraulic parameters of 7-15 ton excavators, with oil flow 45-90L/min and operating pressure 140-180bar. Overpressure and overflow operation is strictly prohibited to avoid overload damage to core hydraulic components.
  •  Installation shall be completed by professionals. After installation, all air in the hydraulic pipeline must be exhausted to prevent cavitation damage to internal precision parts such as pistons and cylinders, ensuring stable equipment operation.
  • Prolonged dry firing and side loading are prohibited during operation. Do not pry heavy objects with the breaker. Adjust the impact frequency according to material hardness to reduce the risk of wear and fracture of the chisel and piston.
  • Lubricate the chisel before daily operation, regularly check hydraulic oil cleanliness, seals and accumulator pressure. For long-term storage, take rust prevention and pressure relief measures, and store in a dry and ventilated place.
