Additional Notes

  •  Strictly maintain the oil flow (180–260 lpm) and operating pressure (165–185 bar) for 32–45 ton carriers. Over-pressurization or over-flow operation is strictly prohibited to avoid overload damage to core hydraulic components such as pistons, cylinders and main valves.
  • Fully bleed air from the hydraulic lines after installation to prevent cavitation damage to internal precision parts and ensure long-term stable and efficient operation of the breaker.
  • Features enhanced anti-dry fire design. Dry firing, side loading and prying heavy objects are strictly prohibited during operation. Switch between slow and fast modes based on rock hardness to minimize abnormal wear and fracture risk of the tool, bushings and pistons.
  • Lubricate the tool daily before operation. Regularly inspect the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, integrity of seals and accumulator pressure. For long-term storage, depressurize, rustproof and store in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent component corrosion and failure.
  • EHB42 is a heavy-duty hydraulic breaker designed for 32–45 ton excavators, featuring an 165mm tool. Equipped with dual impact modes (310–430 bpm for slow mode / 370–560 bpm for fast mode) and 7,600 J (slow) / 6,000 J (fast) impact force, it delivers powerful performance to efficiently handle hard rock mining, heavy concrete demolition and large-scale infrastructure works.
