Additional Notes

  •  Strictly match the hydraulic parameters of 5.5-8 ton excavators, keep the oil flow at 45-90L/min and operating pressure at 130-170bar. Unauthorized overpressure and overflow operation is strictly prohibited to prevent overload damage, oil and gas leakage of core components such as hydraulic main valve, piston and cylinder.
  • The equipment must be installed by professional technicians, and all air in the hydraulic pipeline must be completely exhausted during the whole installation process to avoid cavitation damaging internal precision parts and ensure the operation stability and service life of the breaker.
  • Prolonged dry firing and side loading are strictly prohibited during operation. Do not pry heavy objects directly with the breaker. Reasonably adjust the impact frequency according to the hardness of crushed materials to reduce the risk of abnormal wear and fracture of chisels, bushings and pistons.
  •  Lubricate the chisel before daily operation, regularly check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, integrity of seals and accumulator pressure. For long-term storage, take rust prevention and hydraulic pressure relief measures, and place the equipment in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid component corrosion and failure.
