Additional Notes

  • Ensure  the matched carrier weight is strictly within the 21-32 t allowable range. Using an underweight or overweight carrier will cause severe impact force imbalance, excessive equipment vibration, and accelerated wear of the breaker’s connecting structure and hydraulic core components, even leading to early failure.
  • Fasten the 135.00 mm tool to the breaker with the specified torque using a torque wrench, and check the tightness of fixing bolts and the tool’s surface condition before each operation. Replace the tool immediately if wear, bending, or end cracking is found to prevent loosening, breakage, and safety hazards during high-intensity work.
  • Prohibit no-load dry firing under all working conditions and keep the tool fully attached to the working surface when striking. Control the impact frequency within the rated 450-750 bpm range, avoid long-term continuous breaking on hard rock or reinforced concrete, and stop the machine for inspection and cooling if abnormal noise or violent vibration occurs.
  • Clean the breaker body and tool to remove muck and dust after operation, and seal hydraulic interfaces with protective caps to prevent impurity entry. Regularly check hydraulic high-pressure pipelines and joints for oil leakage, replace damaged seals and hoses in a timely manner, and use hydraulic oil meeting Sandvik specifications to maintain stable system pressure and oil cleanliness.
