Additional Notes

  • Ensure  the matched carrier weight is strictly within the 26-42 t allowable range, and the hydraulic system meets the rated specs: oil flow 160.0-250.0 L/min, operating pressure 150-160 bar. Mismatched parameters will cause severe impact imbalance, violent equipment vibration and even damage to the breaker’s hydraulic drive system.
  • Fasten the 142.00 mm heavy-duty tool to the breaker with the specified torque via a professional torque wrench, and check the tightness of fixing components and the tool’s surface condition before each operation. Replace the tool immediately if wear, bending or cracking is found to prevent breakage and safety accidents during high-intensity work.
  • Prohibit no-load dry firing under all working conditions and keep the tool fully attached to the working surface when striking. Control the impact rate within the rated range (370-630 bpm for long stroke, 460-740 bpm for short stroke), avoid long-term continuous breaking on ultra-hard rock, and stop the machine for cooling and inspection if abnormal noise or vibration occurs.
  • Clean the breaker body and tool thoroughly after operation to remove muck and dust, and seal hydraulic high-pressure interfaces with protective caps to prevent impurity entry. Regularly check the integrity of hydraulic pipelines and joints, replace damaged seals and hoses in a timely manner, and use hydraulic oil meeting Sandvik’s high-grade specifications to maintain stable system pressure and oil cleanliness.
