  • Strictly  control flow 230–330L/min, pressure 165–185bar for 40–60 ton carriers; no over-spec operation to protect piston, cylinder & main valve
  • Fully bleed air from hydraulic lines after installation to prevent cavitation damage to internal precision parts.
  • Enhanced anti-dry fire design; no dry firing, side loading or prying; adjust impact rate per rock hardness to reduce abnormal wear.
  • Grease tool daily; regularly check oil, seals & accumulator pressure; rustproof, depressurize & store dry.
