Additional Notes

  • Ensure the 166mm tool is locked in place during installation; use original accessories and operate in accordance with specifications when replacing the lower tool bushing. Inspect the tightness of the idle blow protector and high-pressure diaphragm accumulator before each operation. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of waterproof components before underwater operation to prevent water ingress and corrosion of the internal hydraulic system.
  • Strictly abide by the minimum flange-mounted working weight requirement of 3380kg, and strictly prohibit no-load dry firing even with the idle blow protector installed. Control the impact frequency within the rated range of 320-580bpm and avoid long-term high-intensity continuous breaking operations. Stop the machine immediately and troubleshoot faults through the RD3 remote monitoring system if abnormal noise or vibration occurs during operation.
  • Track the equipment's operating data by virtue of the RD3 remote monitoring system and complete maintenance on a regular basis. Inspect the pressure value of the high-pressure diaphragm accumulator periodically, replenish nitrogen in a timely manner and check for leakage; unauthorized disassembly and adjustment are strictly prohibited. Clean the hammer body and hydraulic interfaces after operation, conduct wear detection on vulnerable parts such as the tool and bushing, and replace them immediately if the wear exceeds the standard. Perform rust-proof treatment and seal the hydraulic ports when the equipment is out of service for a long time.
