This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup repair kit is custom engineered for AJCE 450F hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched to 4–6 ton mini excavators and small demolition machinery. It includes dedicated energy storage diaphragm, piston cup, full set of O-rings, dust seals, gaskets and anti-extrusion backup rings for complete breaker accumulator overhaul.
Produced with imported modified FKM fluororubber and high-strength reinforced rubber base, the kit features outstanding hydraulic oil resistance, low-temperature flexibility, high-frequency fatigue resistance and shock resistance. It perfectly replaces original AJCE sealing consumables, solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, slow hammer rebound and pressure attenuation, and greatly extends the continuous working life of the breaker under long-cycle crushing operations.

Fully dimensionally matched to original AJCE 450F breaker accumulator structure, consistent with OEM part numbers AJCE-450F and 301245001. No cutting, grinding or modification required for one-step installation, fits accumulator chamber perfectly.
Core diaphragm and piston cup adopt imported high-elastic FKM composite rubber with special vulcanization process. Excellent anti-aging, anti-oil swelling and anti-fatigue performance, stable elasticity from -30°C low-temperature construction to 120°C high-temperature continuous operation, no cracking or hardening under millions of high-frequency reciprocating deformations.
All parts pass 16.0MPa high-pressure air tightness and fatigue cycle testing. Effectively isolate hydraulic oil and high-pressure nitrogen, eliminate internal gas leakage and pressure loss, maintain stable energy storage efficiency, guarantee consistent striking force and avoid weak hammering or intermittent striking faults.
Covers all sealing consumables required for AJCE 450F accumulator maintenance. Complete supporting accessories eliminate separate part procurement, shorten on-site repair downtime and reduce equipment comprehensive maintenance cost.
Every seal kit undergoes dimensional inspection, high-pressure air tightness test, alternating cold-hot aging test and impact fatigue test before delivery, fully meets OEM production standards, providing stable long-term performance for construction crushing work.
