  • Use professional equipment to install the 280 mm heavy-duty tool and fasten all connecting bolts to the specified torque with a torque wrench; check the integrity of hydraulic hoses, high-pressure joints and waterproof sealing structures comprehensively before each operation, especially for underwater heavy breaking work, to avoid oil leakage or water ingress into the internal system.
  • Strictly abide by the minimum flange-mounted working weight requirement of 9300 kg and absolutely prohibit no-load dry firing under any circumstances. Avoid long-term continuous breaking on ultra-hard rock and reinforced concrete structures; stop the machine immediately for fault checking if abnormal noise, violent vibration or pressure sudden change occurs during operation.
  • Clean the hammer body and heavy-duty tool thoroughly after high-intensity operation, and apply high-grade anti-rust oil to metal connecting parts and the tool surface to prevent corrosion. Regularly inspect the wear of the 280 mm tool and the aging of high-pressure hydraulic components, and replace worn/aged parts with genuine original accessories in a timely manner. For long-term storage, seal all hydraulic ports with professional plugs and store the hammer in a dry, ventilated and heavy-duty anti-collision storage area.
