  • Before installation, strictly verify that the hydraulic hammer's working weight, oil flow range, and tool diameter fully match the 999E seal kit's specifications. Mismatched parameters will cause abnormal wear, oil leakage, and reduced service life of the seal kit.
  • Ensure the installation environment is clean and free of impurities. Replace all seals in the kit at one time (do not mix old and new seals), and apply a thin layer of compatible hydraulic oil to the seals during installation to avoid damage. Regularly check for oil leakage during use, and replace the seal kit promptly if aging or damage is found.
  • Confirm the weight range of the carrier equipment (skid steer, robot, miniexcavator, tractor backhoe) matches the kit's applicable range. Overloading or underpowered equipment will cause unstable hammer operation, accelerating seal wear and failure.
  • Store the seal kit in a cool, dry, and dark environment, away from direct sunlight, high temperature, and corrosive substances. Avoid long-term storage to prevent seal material aging, which will affect sealing performance after installation.
