This high-performance accumulator diaphragm and piston cup seal is specially developed for Atlas Copco DP4200 heavy-duty hydraulic rock drifter, a core large impact drifter used in underground tunneling, mining and hard rock excavation. The complete set includes nitrogen accumulator diaphragm and hydraulic impact piston cup seal, fully meeting full overhaul and daily maintenance requirements of DP4200 drifter.
Adopting thickened fabric-reinforced NBR nitrile rubber and high toughness wear-resistant PU polyurethane as core raw materials, this sealing assembly features outstanding nitrogen permeation resistance, anti-fatigue impact, high wear resistance and long anti-aging service life. It can directly replace original Atlas Copco OEM sealing spare parts.
