Product Overview
This heavy-duty diaphragm and cup seal is custom developed for Atlas Copco DP7000 large hydraulic breaker (rock drill), the heavy-duty impact equipment widely applied in open-pit mining, quarry stone crushing, large foundation demolition and tunnel excavation hydraulic systems. The set includes accumulator energy storage diaphragm and hydraulic impact piston cup seal, fully meeting full overhaul and daily maintenance demands of DP7000 hydraulic hammer.
Adopting thickened fabric-reinforced NBR nitrile rubber and high wear-resistant casting PU polyurethane as core raw materials, this sealing assembly features outstanding nitrogen penetration resistance, ultra-high impact fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance and anti-aging performance, serving as a perfect direct replacement for original Atlas Copco OEM spare parts.
