This high-performance accumulator diaphragm and piston cup seal is custom-developed for Atlas Copco MB1500 medium hydraulic breaker, the core heavy-duty demolition hammer of MB series widely matched with 17–29 ton excavators for mining, quarry and municipal demolition construction. The product integrates nitrogen storage diaphragm and hydraulic reciprocating piston cup seal, fully supporting full overhaul and daily maintenance of MB1500 hydraulic rock breaker.
Adopting fabric-reinforced NBR nitrile rubber and wear-resistant PU polyurethane as core raw materials, this diaphragm & cup seal features excellent nitrogen penetration resistance, high-frequency impact resistance, abrasion resistance and anti-fatigue aging performance, which can be used as a direct interchangeable replacement for original Atlas Copco sealing spare parts.
