This high-performance accumulator diaphragm and piston cup seal is custom developed for Atlas Copco SC300 heavy hydraulic breaker, the core medium-large impact equipment of Atlas SC series hydraulic hammer widely applied in mining quarry, municipal demolition, tunnel excavation and road engineering hydraulic systems. The complete set includes nitrogen accumulator energy storage diaphragm and hydraulic reciprocating piston cup seal, fully supporting full overhaul and routine maintenance of SC300 breaker.
Adopting fabric-reinforced NBR nitrile rubber and high wear-resistant PU polyurethane as core raw materials, this sealing assembly features outstanding nitrogen penetration resistance, high-frequency impact resistance, abrasion resistance and anti-fatigue aging performance, serving as a direct interchangeable replacement for original Atlas Copco OEM sealing spare parts.
