Additional Notes

  • Ensure the matched carrier weight is strictly within the 9-15 t allowable range. Using an underweight or overweight carrier will cause unbalanced impact force, severe vibration during operation, and accelerated wear of the breaker’s connecting parts and hydraulic components.
  • Lock the 95.00 mm tool tightly to the breaker and check the fastening state of fixing bolts before each operation. Replace the tool immediately if there is obvious wear, bending, or cracking to prevent the tool from loosening or breaking during work and avoid safety accidents.
  • Prohibit no-load dry firing under all working conditions; keep the tool fully attached to the working surface when striking. Control the impact frequency within the rated 500-1000 bpm range, avoid long-term continuous breaking operation, and stop the machine for inspection immediately if abnormal noise or vibration occurs.
  • Clean the breaker body and tool to remove dust and muck after operation, and seal hydraulic interfaces to prevent impurity entry. Regularly check hydraulic pipelines and joints for oil leakage, tighten or replace damaged seals in a timely manner, and use hydraulic oil that meets Sandvik specifications to maintain oil cleanliness and hydraulic system stability.
