This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & seal cup repair kit is specially developed for Montabert BRP130 / BRH40 hydraulic rock breakers. It contains complete nitrogen isolation diaphragm, hydraulic seal cups, O-rings, gaskets and reinforced backing rings for full accumulator overhaul.
Adopted imported high-strength fabric-reinforced FKM & HNBR composite rubber, the product features outstanding oil resistance, anti-fatigue stretch performance, high pressure and wide temperature adaptability. It perfectly replaces original Montabert OEM rubber parts, solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, impact force attenuation, hydraulic oil mixing and diaphragm rupture, and greatly extends the continuous working life of the breaker under high-frequency impact heavy-load construction.
