This premium nitrogen accumulator diaphragm (rubber cup) is specially developed for Montabert BRV42, BRV43, BRV45, BRV52 hydraulic rock breakers. It is the core energy storage sealing part of the breaker accumulator, independently matched with each model, and can fully replace the original Montabert rubber diaphragm.
Made of imported high-performance reinforced HNBR + modified TPU composite material, the product features outstanding nitrogen resistance, hydraulic oil resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance and low-temperature toughness. It effectively solves common faults such as diaphragm rupture, nitrogen leakage, insufficient striking force and frequent gas refilling, greatly extending the continuous working life of the breaker under heavy-load mining and construction conditions.

Core diaphragm adopts high-strength HNBR base material compounded with reinforced TPU layer, integrated vulcanization molding. Excellent nitrogen penetration resistance, anti-aging and anti-fatigue performance, stable operation under long-term high-frequency impact within -35°C ~ 130°C environment.
Pass 32MPa ultra-high pressure fatigue cycle test, uniform wall thickness without thin spots. Effectively prevent accumulator air leakage, maintain stable nitrogen pressure, guarantee continuous and powerful striking force of the breaker, avoid frequent nitrogen refilling and construction shutdown loss.
Each BRV model has exclusive size diaphragm; can be sold separately or matched with full set breaker seal kit (oil seal, O-ring, gasket, backup ring). One-stop complete maintenance accessories reduce on-site repair time and lower equipment operation cost.
Every diaphragm undergoes air tightness, high-pressure impact and high-low temperature aging tests before delivery, fully meets Montabert original equipment standards, no cracking, bubbling or degumming, stable long-term industrial construction performance.
