This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & seal cup repair kit is customized for BRESTA BS552 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched to 9–15 ton excavator demolition machinery. The complete set includes core energy storage diaphragm, piston seal cups, O-rings, gaskets and anti-extrusion backup rings for full accumulator overhaul maintenance.
Constructed with imported high-performance HNBR and reinforced TPU composite material, the kit delivers outstanding high-pressure nitrogen resistance, hydraulic oil resistance, anti-fatigue and tear-resistant performance. It fully replaces original BRESTA OEM rubber parts, solves common failures such as diaphragm rupture, nitrogen leakage, weak impact force and pressure attenuation, and greatly extends the continuous working life of the breaker under long-term rock crushing heavy loads.

Core diaphragm and seal cups adopt imported HNBR-TPU composite vulcanization process, with ultra-high elasticity and anti-tear performance. Stable operation under low-temperature construction and high-temperature continuous crushing, effectively resisting hydraulic oil corrosion and long-term cyclic fatigue cracking.
All components pass strict 15MPa high-pressure nitrogen sealing aging test. Thoroughly isolates hydraulic oil and nitrogen chambers, eliminates internal air leakage of the accumulator, maintains stable impact frequency and striking force, avoids breaker power drop caused by diaphragm damage.
Covers all sealing consumables required for BS552 accumulator disassembly and overhaul. Integrated spare parts reduce matching time on site, shorten equipment downtime and lower overall machinery operation and maintenance costs.
