Product Overview

This high-performance repair seal kit is engineered for Dinamicoil PG1022 heavy-duty planetary gear reducers and hydraulic motors, covering full torque models ranging from 9,000 N·m to 15,000 N·m. The kit includes complete shaft seals, piston seals, O-rings, gaskets, backup rings and brake sealing components for full unit overhaul and maintenance.

Adopting imported premium NBR nitrile rubber and FKM fluororubber as core materials, reinforced with PTFE slide rings for high-pressure sealing surfaces, the seal set delivers exceptional oil resistance, high-pressure resistance (up to 40 MPa), wear resistance and aging resistance. It is a direct OEM replacement for Dinamicoil original seals, effectively resolving external oil leakage, internal bypass, pressure drop and seal failure under heavy vibration, extending the service life of PG1022 units in continuous heavy-load operations.
