This heavy-duty diaphragm & leather cup repair kit is specially developed for EVERDIGM DRILL-HIGH hydraulic rock drills, widely deployed in mine tunneling, quarrying and underground engineering drilling equipment. The kit contains complete accumulator diaphragm, high-pressure leather cups, O-rings, cylinder gaskets, anti-extrusion backup rings and all matching sealing parts for full drill overhaul.
Adopting imported reinforced HNBR fluororubber + fabric-reinforced composite leather cup material, the kit boasts outstanding hydraulic oil resistance, ultra-high pressure resistance, low-temperature flexibility and anti-fatigue performance. It perfectly replaces original EVERDIGM sealing parts, resolves common faults including accumulator pressure loss, internal oil leakage, weak impact force and frequent pressure failure, and greatly extends rock drill service life under continuous high-frequency impact heavy-duty working conditions.
