Additional Notes

  • The hydraulic system must strictly match the pressure of 177–216 bar and flow rate of 220–270 l/min. Overpressure and excessive flow are strictly prohibited to avoid overload damage to the main valve and accumulator, as well as rapid aging of seals.
  • This machine is suitable for 30–40 ton excavators and must be installed by professional technicians. Air in the pipelines must be completely exhausted before installation. Nitrogen pressure of the accumulator shall be set according to the manufacturer’s standard and shall not be changed arbitrarily.
  • Adjust the impact frequency (200–250 bpm) according to rock hardness during operation. Prolonged idling and eccentric striking shall be avoided to prevent chisel fracture and abnormal wear of the cylinder.
  • Regularly check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, accumulator pressure and all sealing parts. Replace oil and filters in a timely manner. For long-term storage, take proper measures for rust prevention, pressure relief and moisture protection.
