This heavy-duty hydraulic breaker diaphragm is specially engineered for Eddie EDT6000F & EDT8000 large hydraulic rock breakers. It serves as the core nitrogen chamber sealing component, matching full overhaul maintenance demands for the two main breaker models.
Constructed with imported high-performance PPDI composite rubber with fiber reinforcement, the diaphragm delivers outstanding oil resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-fatigue and anti-abrasion performance. It perfectly replaces original OEM diaphragm parts, effectively solving nitrogen leakage, insufficient striking force and unstable hammer power issues, greatly extending continuous service life under heavy mine & construction working conditions.

All finished products pass 24MPa nitrogen high-pressure air tightness cycle fatigue testing. Effectively stops nitrogen chamber air leakage, maintains stable accumulator pressure, ensures consistent striking frequency and strong breaking power, avoids frequent refilling nitrogen troubles.
Integrates main diaphragm and all matching auxiliary sealing accessories needed for full breaker nitrogen chamber maintenance. One set covers all repair parts, shortens on-site maintenance time and reduces overall equipment operation & maintenance cost.
