This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm (rubber cup seal) is specially developed for General GB11T and GB14T hydraulic rock breakers, the core sealing component of breaker nitrogen accumulators widely fitted on medium excavators and demolition machinery. It isolates high-pressure nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, stabilizes impact energy output.
Manufactured with imported reinforced NBR and high-toughness FKM composite rubber, the diaphragm delivers outstanding oil resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance, temperature stability and anti-aging performance. It perfectly replaces original GB series OEM diaphragm parts, solves common faults including nitrogen leakage, insufficient striking force, pressure attenuation and frequent failure, greatly extending breaker service life under continuous heavy demolition work.

Core diaphragm adopts fiber-reinforced FKM composite rubber, added anti-fatigue vulcanization formula. Excellent hydraulic oil corrosion resistance, high-frequency stretching recovery, stable elasticity from -30°C low temperature to 130°C high temperature, no hardening, cracking or permanent deformation under long-term vibration.
All finished diaphragms pass 55MPa high-pressure air tightness and cyclic fatigue testing. Effectively prevent nitrogen escape and hydraulic oil infiltration into accumulator, maintain constant nitrogen pressure, guarantee continuous, powerful striking force and avoid weak hammer failure during construction.
Thickened curved edge structure improves tensile strength, resists edge crack and breakage caused by frequent pressure reciprocation. Greatly reduce replacement frequency and cut machine maintenance downtime cost.
Each diaphragm undergoes raw material inspection, vulcanization molding control, high-low temperature aging test, high-frequency cyclic stretching test and air tightness test before delivery, fully meets OEM quality standards, stable long-term heavy-duty performance.
