Additional Notes

  • Strictly match hydraulic parameters (flow 45–85L/min, pressure 130–150bar) for 7–10 ton excavators. Overpressure/over-flow prohibited.
  •  Professional installation required. Purge air from lines to prevent cavitation. Regularly check bolts, chisel and seals.
  • Prohibit dry firing and side loading. Adjust flow/frequency by material hardness to reduce chisel/piston wear.
  • Regular oil change, accumulator pressure check and seal replacement. For storage: anti-rust, pressure relief, moisture protection.
