This heavy-duty accumulator cup and diaphragm is custom engineered for Furukawa HB10G & F12 hydraulic rock breakers. It acts as the core isolation component inside the nitrogen accumulator, separating high-pressure nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit.
Manufactured with imported modified HNBR and reinforced vulcanized rubber, the diaphragm features outstanding oil resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance, anti-aging and anti-cracking performance. It perfectly replaces original Furukawa OEM diaphragm parts, solves common failures including nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, pressure attenuation and frequent overheating, and greatly extends breaker service life under long-term mining & demolition heavy-load operation.
