This high-performance accumulator diaphragm & cup seal repair kit is specially developed for FURUKAWA HB15G, HB18G, F15, F19, FXJ175, FXJ20 hydraulic rock breakers. It includes full set of accumulator rubber diaphragm, energy storage leather cup, O-rings, buffer seals, dust seals and backup rings for complete breaker overhaul maintenance.
Constructed with imported high-strength HNBR & reinforced FKM fluororubber, the kit features outstanding oil resistance, nitrogen aging resistance, anti-fatigue and high impact wear resistance. It perfectly matches original FURUKAWA OEM parts, solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, unstable striking power and accumulator failure, greatly extending breaker service life under long-term heavy mining & demolition operations.

Core diaphragm and leather cup adopt high-toughness HNBR rubber with fiber reinforced edge, auxiliary seals use high-performance FKM fluororubber. Excellent nitrogen aging resistance, impact fatigue resistance and hydraulic oil corrosion resistance, stable elastic performance between -35°C ~ 135°C extreme working environment.
All sealing components pass 65MPa ultra-high pressure fatigue impact test. Effectively eliminate accumulator nitrogen leakage, internal cylinder oil seepage problems, stabilize breaker striking energy, maintain consistent impact frequency and machine working efficiency.
