This high-performance accumulator diaphragm (cup membrane) is specially developed for Furukawa HB1G hydraulic rock breakers. It serves as the core pressure-isolating component of the breaker accumulator, separating nitrogen gas and hydraulic oil to stabilize impact energy output. Manufactured with imported high-strength HNBR + reinforced PU composite material, the diaphragm delivers outstanding oil resistance, anti-fatigue, anti-tear and high-pressure vibration resistance. It perfectly replaces original Furukawa OEM diaphragm, solves common faults including insufficient striking force, oil-gas mixing, breaker overheating and frequent pressure drop, and greatly extends breaker service life under continuous heavy crushing operation.
