This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm (cup seal) is specially developed for Furukawa HB30G, F30, F35, F37, FXJ375 hydraulic rock breakers. It serves as the core pressure isolation component of the breaker nitrogen accumulator, separating nitrogen and hydraulic oil.
Made of high-performance imported reinforced polyurethane & modified FKM fluororubber composite material, the diaphragm features outstanding high-frequency impact resistance, oil resistance, fatigue resistance and wide temperature adaptability. All finished diaphragms pass 38MPa high-pressure nitrogen air tightness and fatigue impact cycle tests. Effectively isolate nitrogen and hydraulic oil, eliminate gas leakage and oil mixing failure, maintain stable accumulator pressure and consistent breaker striking force during continuous heavy-duty work.
Special vulcanization molding process improves tear resistance and compression rebound performance, resisting thousands of high-frequency impact cycles of rock breaking. Reduce frequent diaphragm rupture failure rate and lower equipment downtime maintenance cost.
