Additional Notes

  • This breaker is specially engineered for 32-52 ton excavators only. Using it on carriers outside this weight range will cause severe hydraulic system mismatch, leading to a sharp drop in impact efficiency and permanent damage to internal core structural components.
  • Maintain the operating pressure at 160-180 bar and oil flow at 210-270 L/min strictly. Any deviation will accelerate wear of hydraulic precision parts, destabilize the breaker's heavy-duty operation and drastically shorten its overall service life.
  • Only apply original working tools with 165 mm diameter and 675 mm working length. Non-standard, modified or counterfeit tools will disrupt the stable transmission of high-intensity impact force, and greatly increase the risk of equipment jamming, breakage or sudden failure during construction.
  • The guaranteed sound power level of the breaker is 120 dB(A). All on-site operators must wear professional and certified hearing protection devices throughout the entire working process to prevent noise-induced hearing impairment.
