Additional Notes

  • This breaker is custom-engineered for 35-63 ton excavators only. Applying it to carriers outside this weight range will cause severe hydraulic system mismatch, leading to a sharp decline in impact performance and irreversible damage to internal structural components.
  • Strictly maintain the operating pressure at 160-180 bar and oil flow at 240-300 L/min during operation. Any deviation will accelerate wear of hydraulic precision parts, destabilize heavy-duty work and drastically shorten the breaker's service life.
  • Only install original working tools with 170 mm diameter and 700 mm working length. Non-standard, modified or counterfeit tools will disrupt the stable transmission of high-intensity impact force, greatly increasing the risk of equipment jamming, breakage or sudden failure on site.
  • The guaranteed sound power level of the breaker is 123 dB(A). All on-site operators must wear high-grade professional hearing protection devices throughout the entire construction process to effectively prevent noise-induced hearing damage.
