Additional Notes

  • This breaker is engineered exclusively for 70-120 ton excavators. Using it on carriers outside this weight range will cause catastrophic hydraulic system failure, leading to total loss of impact performance and irreversible damage to core structural and hydraulic components.
  • Maintain the operating pressure at 160-180 bar and oil flow at 360-450 L/min rigorously during all operations. Any deviation will rapidly accelerate wear of high-precision hydraulic parts, destabilize ultra-heavy-load work and drastically shorten the breaker's service life.
  • Only install original working tools with 210 mm diameter and 835 mm working length. Non-standard, modified or counterfeit tools will completely disrupt the transmission of extreme-intensity impact force, drastically increasing the risk of equipment jamming, breakage or sudden catastrophic on-site failure.
  • The guaranteed sound power level of the breaker is 121 dB(A). All on-site operators must wear professional sound-isolating earmuffs throughout the construction process, and auxiliary on-site noise reduction measures should be deployed to effectively prevent noise-induced hearing damage.
