This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & seal cup is professionally manufactured for JSC JSB30G, JSB121, JSB131 hydraulic rock breakers, the core sealing component of breaker nitrogen accumulators widely matched on medium & large excavator crushing equipment. It integrates high-strength rubber diaphragm and matched auxiliary sealing rings, fully solving common faults like accumulator air leakage, hydraulic oil seepage, impact force attenuation and frequent nitrogen refilling.
Adopted imported modified HNBR and reinforced polyurethane composite material, the product features outstanding fatigue resistance, high-pressure impact resistance, oil & aging resistance. It can perfectly replace original JSC breaker rubber diaphragm, stabilize breaker striking power under long-time continuous rock breaking, reduce maintenance frequency and extend the whole breaker service life.

All finished products pass 130MPa extreme pressure fatigue cycling test. Effectively isolate high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil, eliminate internal gas-oil mixing leakage, maintain constant breaker striking force, avoid power drop caused by frequent nitrogen leakage.
