This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm cup is specially developed for Indeco MES553 hydraulic rock breakers. It acts as the core energy-isolating component inside the breaker accumulator, separating high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil completely.
Manufactured with imported reinforced HNBR rubber with fiber reinforcement, the diaphragm boasts outstanding fatigue resistance, oil resistance, low-temperature flexibility and high-pressure impact resistance. It directly replaces original Indeco OEM diaphragm parts, solves common failures like nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force and short service life, and stabilizes breaker output under long-time mining & demolition heavy-load operation.

Core diaphragm adopts fiber-reinforced HNBR composite material, featuring anti-fatigue, anti-tear, anti-aging and hydraulic oil corrosion resistance. Maintains stable elasticity from -35°C low temperature to 135°C high-temperature working environment.
Every finished diaphragm undergoes 125MPa high-frequency pressure cycle fatigue testing. Effectively isolates nitrogen and hydraulic oil, eliminates accumulator internal leakage, ensures consistent striking power and avoids breaker power attenuation.
Integral molding with thickened stress transition zone, greatly improves anti-tear performance under thousands of high-frequency impact cycles. Extend service life by over 60% compared with ordinary NBR diaphragms.
All diaphragms pass air tightness test, high-pressure fatigue impact test and aging endurance test before delivery, fully meets Indeco OEM production standards for reliable long-term mining & construction use.
