This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm cup is custom engineered for INDECO MES621 & HP700 hydraulic rock breakers. It serves as the core isolation component inside the breaker nitrogen accumulator, completely separating high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil.
Manufactured with imported modified PPDI reinforced rubber, the diaphragm features outstanding fatigue resistance, oil resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It perfectly replaces original INDECO OEM diaphragm parts, effectively solving nitrogen leakage, impact power attenuation and accumulator failure issues, greatly extending breaker service life under continuous heavy crushing operation.

Core diaphragm adopts high-toughness modified PPDI rubber via integral high-temperature vulcanization. Superior anti-fatigue, anti-aging and hydraulic oil corrosion resistance, stable elasticity under -35°C to 130°C variable working environments.
Each diaphragm undergoes 130MPa high-pressure air tightness cycling test. Effectively isolates nitrogen and hydraulic oil, avoids air leakage and energy loss, maintains consistent breaker striking force without power drop during long-hour crushing work.
Thickened curved edge design disperses high-frequency stretching stress, resists tearing and deformation under thousands of reciprocating impact cycles per minute, greatly reducing frequent replacement frequency.
All finished diaphragms pass tensile fatigue, high pressure sealing, high-low temperature aging and oil immersion tests before delivery. Fully meets OEM manufacturing standards for stable long-term construction site performance.
