This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & leather cup repair kit is specially developed for RAMMER S20 & S22 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on small and medium excavator demolition machinery. The full set includes accumulator main diaphragm, leather cup, O-rings, backup rings, cylinder gaskets and all supporting sealing spare parts for complete breaker overhaul.
Adopted imported high-performance HNBR & PU composite material, the kit features outstanding oil resistance, nitrogen aging resistance, high tear strength and dynamic fatigue resistance. It thoroughly solves common failures such as diaphragm rupture, nitrogen leakage, pressure attenuation and impact power drop, greatly extending continuous service life of breakers under long-term high-frequency impact working conditions.
