This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm cup repair kit is custom engineered for RAMMAR S21-LOW and S29-HIGH hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on excavator hydraulic hammer construction equipment. The complete set includes core energy storage diaphragm cups, matching O-rings, gaskets and backup sealing rings for full accumulator overhaul maintenance.
Adopting imported high-performance PPDI polyurethane + modified FKM fluororubber composite material, the kit delivers outstanding oil resistance, high temperature resistance, ultra-high fatigue tear resistance and elastic recovery performance. Core energy storage diaphragm adopts ultra-high toughness PPDI polyurethane with FKM fluororubber composite vulcanization process. Excellent hydraulic oil corrosion resistance, anti-aging and anti-fatigue performance, maintains stable elasticity under -30°C ~ 150°C wide temperature range, effectively avoids brittle cracking under long-term high-frequency impact.
All components pass strict 26MPa high-pressure fatigue cycle testing. Effectively isolates nitrogen gas chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, eliminates internal gas-oil mixing leakage, keeps breaker impact energy consistent, avoids power drop and frequent nitrogen refilling troubles.
Covers all sealing accessories required for full accumulator disassembly and repair. Integrated matching parts save separate purchasing time, shorten on-site maintenance downtime and reduce equipment overall operation & maintenance cost.
