This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm cup is custom engineered for RAMMAR S29-LOW hydraulic rock breakers, a core sealing component installed inside the breaker nitrogen accumulator. It fully isolates high-pressure nitrogen chambers and hydraulic oil circuits, absorbing impact pressure and storing energy for stable hammer striking output.
Manufactured with imported high-performance modified HNBR + reinforced PU composite material, the diaphragm cup delivers outstanding fatigue resistance, oil resistance, abrasion and low-temperature flexibility. It perfectly replaces original RAMMAR OEM diaphragm parts, solves common failures like nitrogen leakage, weak impact force and frequent membrane rupture, and greatly extends the service cycle of the hydraulic breaker under continuous heavy crushing operations.

Core diaphragm body adopts imported modified HNBR rubber with PU reinforced edge treatment. Superior hydraulic oil resistance, anti-aging and anti-fatigue performance, maintains stable elasticity within -30°C to 120°C wide temperature range, not easy to harden or crack under long high-frequency stretching.
All finished products pass 16MPa nitrogen air tightness fatigue cycle testing. Effectively stops nitrogen leakage and hydraulic oil cross-contamination inside the accumulator, keeps consistent striking power, avoids breaker weak hitting and intermittent failure during construction.
One-piece deep bowl molding with thickened edge anti-extrusion structure, effectively prevents diaphragm extrusion damage under instantaneous high pressure; greatly reduces early rupture failure rate compared with ordinary thin rubber diaphragms.
Every diaphragm cup undergoes air tightness, high-pressure fatigue and thermal aging tests before delivery, fully meets OEM production standards, guarantees stable long-term performance in mining, demolition and road construction harsh working conditions.
