Additional Notes

  • Working Pressure 100-150 bar and Oil Flow 16-35 L/min. Long-term operation over pressure or flow will accelerate seal wear, significantly reduce the service life of the breaker, and even cause cylinder damage.
  • The SB102 is suitable for conventional industrial working conditions. If operating in extreme cold (below -20°C) or high temperature (above 60°C) environments, a special high and low temperature resistant seal kit must be replaced to avoid hardening, softening or failure of the sealing material due to extreme temperature changes.
  • After replacing the seals or completing maintenance, a no-load operation test must be performed first to check for oil leakage at the cylinder and pipeline connections, and to confirm that the impact frequency is stable within the range of 750-2300 bpm. If abnormal noise, sudden pressure drop or vibration occurs, stop the machine immediately for re-inspection.
